If you install or use the MusicAtlas Slack app, we may collect and store the minimum Slack workspace information needed to operate the integration, including workspace ID, workspace name, app installation data, bot access token, user IDs associated with commands, slash command text, and app usage metadata. We use this information only to provide MusicAtlas features in Slack, operate the integration, troubleshoot issues, and support authorized workspace features such as SyncSearch catalog access.
MusicAtlas does not read Slack channel history, private messages, files, or workspace content beyond the specific command text and interaction payloads sent directly to the MusicAtlas app. We do not use Slack data to train large language models.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide MusicAtlas services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and support customer accounts. If the MusicAtlas Slack app is uninstalled, we may retain workspace installation records and configuration history to support reinstalls, enterprise provisioning, security, and audit purposes.
